Tip of the Week

I've been on vacation down in Fla. Did the Disney thing. I was able to avoid spending a lot of money and stayed in control of what I was eating  by packing lunch. Yes you can even do that on vacation. I also brought my Shakeology with me. You can do it to. You def have the power to change and you need to do it for you.

  2. Hi Tim... I found your blog through your wife's blog :) Besides being creative I am always looking for new and inspiring ideas to keep fit. My husband is 45 years old, has always been active, he has a very muscular/football player build, but sadly has a bad knee due to a football injury from high school. This is very discouraging for him as it really does keep him from doing a lot of exercise. He is the type of guy that if he can't do it 110% he doesn't want to do it at all!! I was just wondering if you could tell me if the P90X has different levels of intensity? I've got to find something for him to do that isn't too hard on his knee.
    I would appreciate any and all information you might have :)
