I know this is not the best blog out there. In fact it is far from it. Know this though. My heart is very much into what I write about. I want to help people. I can't help if nobody is talking back to me. I know we all have busy lives. I've kept the blog real simple so we can chat about things that matter to you. Please help me keep this going. How are all of you doing?

I can't believe it's been more than a month since I posted. Here is what has been going on. My wife and I head up Children's Church at Full Gospel Center in Lagrange. That has kept us plenty busy. We just rennovated our kitchen so that too has kept us plenty busy. We are expecting our third child and that has kept us plenty busy. All through it I have kept up with my workouts and have been eating moderately ok. How about you? What can I do to help you?
